Alice is a real estate and marketing expert, with over 16 years of experience leading global brands, ensuring profitability and financial success across a portfolio of multi-faceted programs.

She is speaker and contributor to various North American real estate associations and publications, including INMAN News and Real Estate Professional Magazine. In 2019 she was recognized as one of BisNow's Power Women in Real Estate. In 2020 she was a recipient of CEO Magazine's Business Women of the Year finalist.
 
Jonathan Bocquet
Director of Business Development​​

 
Jonathan is a technical service and real estate investment professional, with over a decade of experience leading national service teams in various global industries including automation, swimming pool equipment and pump systems.

He has an educational background in mechanical engineering and is responsible for the strategic acquisition of key projects and partnerships. He is passionate about delivering exceptional investment value to our clients.
